My new bulking diet is going to be mainly eggs/milk/tuna and mixed veggies. The numbers just from the eggs and milk have me wondering if it's too much for me? I'm 6'2''/230lbs almost 50 years old. Training 1.5-2 hours per day, on gear+hgh and log soon too.

My base diet with be 30 medium eggs daily along with 4 litres of 2% milk, the numbers on that is:

30 eggs

180p
1800 cals
120 fat

4 litres milk

144p
2080 cals
192 carbs
80 fat

Total being:

392p
3880 cals
200 fats
192 carbs

It's all from healthy sources so too much or thumbs up? Thanks.

I mean I would just get tired of milk and eggs and would like to have some other sources of protein like poultry and beef and pork and cottage cheese and seafood. But I mean the macros look good. I would maybe go with skim milk though just to cut the fat down a little bit. Depends on how your metabolism handles dietary fat bit I think .5 gm per pound of body weight is generally what you want. Then you could make up the difference calorically with healthy carbs like brown rice, sweet potatoes, oatmeal and pasta. That is if you are trying to bulk. On a bulk cycle at 230lbs I would aim for more like 460 gm a day. Or you could adjust your carb intake on a weekly or daily basis to keep your metabolism adjusting

Id honestly shit my brains out with that many eggs, and prolly fart the dogs & wife to near death experiences every night

Id add in some steak and or chicken.... And like the post above stated add some other foods if money permits it

The same foods day in and day out have a tendency to create allergens..... Not to mention possibly creating a stomach issue and or vitamin deficiency
