Need help with my mental focus

I have come to realize that I am probably more ADHD than I ever thought I was. It’s been a lifelong problem and it really impacts my productivity.

At times I have tremendous difficulty staying productive at work. Often times it affects my ability to stay in the moment and stay present during sex. I get easily sidetracked and start doing something else before I have finished the task at hand.

It’s incredibly annoying.

About 10 years ago I tried Vyvanse for about two weeks. It seemed to dial me in pretty well, but it was one of those things that worked so well that I stopped doing it, like an idiot.

What is out there today that works in a complimentary fashion with your AAS protocol and has minimal sides? I’d like to know what’s working for guys who live the bodybuilding lifestyle and who have the same mental
focus issues as I do. Thanks for your help with this, you guys. I appreciate your input.

Modafinil, armodafinil.

Worth giving it a try. I'm sure you can get it in Mexico.

I wouldn't take it all the time, but on days you may need it.

I might take it once every 1-2 weeks. Some people take it everyday

I will research them and see if I can get it in Mexico. I need to go there next week for ancillaries anyway. I appreciate your suggestion very much, Cridi. I’ll let you know what I find out.

The only answer is Vyvanse. Long term. Take Vyvanse for a few years or more, and you will rewire your brain. But you have to actually do things to make yourself better, like constantly reading challenging information from topics that interest you. You can take Vyvanse and become better at being a worse version of yourself.

The only problem is having to go into the medical system........to get the Vyvanse. But it's worth it if you can find a good doctor who makes it easy.

you are suggesting that taking an amphetamine over a long time will help rewire your brain?

@Cridi887 - picked up Moda in Mexico and I’ve been taking 100mgs a day for three weeks. So far so good. I am definitely more focused without feeling spun out like a crack head.

Doesn’t seem to have any negative interaction with Caber or lessen Caber’s effect whatsoever. Not that I expected it to, but I was watching closely just in case. So far so good. Thanks for the advice.

Have you tryed atamoxetin? Not as good as modafinil but it helps with ADHD
I had brain fog, focus problems. I have treyd so many nootropics and now I can say modafinil and armodafinl, they are kings. I'm more then 6 years on those
Now my target is second generation modafinil (wakix(pitolisantum),just bit expensive for about 500eu 1month. Still no generics.
And you should know that moda and armoda increase synthetic testosterone level.

Interesting. I have not heard of this drug. Somehow I totally missed out on this.

What else do you have experience with? Tell us more.

I started with herbs: baccopa monieri, rhadiola rosea, ashwaganda and so many. Some of those working, some more placebo.
Next step was coffeine+nicorete. That gave me little kick. Lions mane and all kind of this stuff.
Then racetam class: aniracetam, oxiracetam, piracetam, foracetam, pramiracetamum. Pramiracetamu for me the best from racetam class. Plus I took choline top quality with racetams for synergy, reduce brains pain.
Then concerta,atamoxetin.
Finally eugeroic: modafinil and armodafinil. These are the best. Just need to know intake options, how to boost modafinil thru the day, what eat, make on and off days. Time by time do rotation of mefications.

I'm currently prescribed Modafinil and find it helps a lot at 100mg's a day. I've been prescribed Adderall and I hated it because I'm not a meth head.
Mod keeps me on track without as many distractions and I don't feel like a junkie.

1)Is it possible that you have a depression/anxiety/ocd? A lot of times people are depressed and dont know it. That will give similar symptoms to adhd.

2)Try drinking preworkout and theanine. Caffeine is a stimulant and should calm your mind down. See if it helps.

3)Try taking gaba supplement if that works maybe gabapentin

4)Breathing exercises/Meditation: try The Wim Hof Method. Ask yourself why am I feeling this way? Whats stopping me from doing xyz.... This may give you some unexpected answers.

5) ADHD meds, I use them few times a month.(As needed) They all give different feeling, you will have to try many to see what work for you. A lot of time adhd meds only work in the beginning due to euphoria/serotonin effect. That happy feeling lifts depression and make you want to do things. After few days it goes away and people start chasing the dragon with higher dosages.

If you have a physical job/no blood pressure issues - try adderall and ritalin they both have l- isomers giving you more body sides but also that speedy/aggressive feeling.

Office job/need to be calm - dexedrine or focalin

Start with those meds (lowest dosages) before jumping into extended releases

6)Perhaps your taking some dht blocking meds that could mess with your mind? You could try checking your hormones.

7)You may be burned out, try going away for few days and doing a technology detox.

I hope this helps.
