Need help! bulk up question

Hey guys! I have question for everyone... What meals/snacks/shakes do you make that are rich in calories and protein? I'm getting so busy with work and school, and need new ideas for bulking food. I've done gainers, and meal prepping lots of chicken and beef. Anything else I can try for helping gain weight? Thanks for your input.
 
I add peanut butter and nonfat Greek yogurt to my protein shakes. If you use milk too it's about 700 calories.

You can make a shake and put just about anything in it. Be real creative.

Eat lots of heavy carbs like pasta and potatoes.

Milk with everything

Peanut butter and lots of it

Your a low bf dude so dont be afraid to cheat a bit ;)
