Talon HRT would get my vote if you are pretty hands off. You do blood 2x a year, and have to do a consult 2x a year minimum. No monthly fees, you only pay for what you use. They will script higher doses than a lot of clinic, and you can be open with them about peptide or any AAS you have in the past or are currently using. no judgement. They can also supply pharma anavar and decca if your blood work allows those scripts. The clinic itself is run by bodybuilders (search their tiktok). You will have consults with a licensed professional and than after that your interactions with primarily be with the "coaches" so to speak. So if you are looking for something besides "here is your standard 200mg a week" it's a great option. If yo use less you only pay for the medicine and it gets really cheap (comparatively to subscription based clinics) and if you need higher doses the cost just scales to that. You don't have to crash out, just have recent bloodwork (or they can cordinate it for you), and be open about your current dose. Now im not saying they will script you 500mgs a week or something but they are more flexible than others in my experience. Quick, inexpensive, and minimal friction.
