NAD+ injectable

Im going to start taking NAD+ before training to see if it will give me more energy in the gym. Whats a good starting dose for this and is this the best peptide to give me more energy while training?
I have enjoyed the NAD+ for helping with energy levels. I usually pin it first thing in the morning while still fasted. I've played with dosing and have found my sweet spot to be right around 25mg.

You might also look into MOTS-C. I definitely noticed an uptick in endurance and not tiring as quickly once I added that in. Especially when doing my cardio sessions.
