Actually Amazon quit selling it because the government's trying to crack down on it. You can still find it on eBay. I have only tried the nutricost Brand...they don't make the big tub of Crystal anymore but they sell the pills. I have not tried the pills. The crystals by nutricost 100% actually works...they lower my liver enzymes.. I have never had a high liver enzyme blood test since I've been taking that.

Solgar makes a good 600mg I've used for a while and it keeps liver values in check.

1200mg a day lowers mine in the 20's. Or just every other day. I even just took it a month before labs. Worked every way. I always had high enzymes before NAC. Fatty liver plus lifting heavy. Never more then 12 points over though. Now I'm always in the 20's with NAC. Gonna suck when I run out of crystals. I see other brands still have crystals.

Check ingredients before ordering. Some companies changed the ingredient but still have NAC written across the bottle as an example. But now it’s a slightly different ingredient. Last time I ordered I got mine from bulk supplements.

Myprotein 500g is my Favourite one, its the best tasting too. Its a sweet and sour taste I find in my drinks which I like. I will always take it as its cheap and tastes good but not too sure how effective it is for liver enzymes on anything other than Paracetamol overdose tbh. I have often had high liver values on NAC in my B12 blood tests. Its good to take with Glutamine & Glycine as all 3 make up Glutathione by the Liver which is the bodies natural Antioxidant. Choline Bitartrate and Inositol are as good as NAC and may be more effective but are just as cheap and worth buying at the same time if you run heavy toxic gear.

Excellent additives and everything you say is true about their bunch, works great. I myself use this scheme.
