my transformation from physique to bodybuilder

Just wanted to post and share this vid, feel free to critique or rip me apart, just thought it was cool seeing the changes that are made when you look back over along period of time.

I'm not sure which body part improved the most over the time frame, probably my back, but jsut overall thickness... and yes i know legs still lagging, but def dealing with injuries has hampered their improvement a ton unfortunately (quad tendon tears, partials, but still affects me a bunch).

Is it me or you look a lot, lot older ?
i def noticed that too... problem is im comparing me lean (like near contest shape in the old photos) and now full bulk... and when you are full bulk your face is holding a ton of water and you look older, so thats part of it... i'll need to see how it looks when i cut down again, see if i look younger... if i dont... then i guess i aged myself with this lifestyle regrettably lol

I really like the fact that you created a video and shared it with the community.

That being said, chest back legs and esp calves are lagging.

I will wait for the next video in 3 years ;) Keep up the good work.

Practice flexing a lot more, can you flex every single muscle on your body? Like roll your traps forward in a MM pose and it looked like you weren't able to fully extend your left lat on the reverse lats spread when you were next to the black gentleman.

Yes it takes time. Are you able to answer my questions about posing?

To your posing question, you are correct it requires more work by me and also a much stronger sense of mind muscle connection and knowing (without looking into the mirror) taht what i am feeling is showing my body the correct way. The back lat spread you also are correct, it is not even/symmertical and needs work in order to maximize the pose.

Try flexing every single muscle individually in front of a mirror!
