I am not a morning person but have a job that requires me to be. I like quick and easy high protein breakfast options packed with caffeine and moderately low calories. I do a variation of this most mornings. I’m down 40+lbs this year so under 600 cals is where I keep my breakfast. Curious is any of yall have any easy breakfast go-tos.
Protein Coffee - 380cal/65p
3-4 tablespoons Nespresso Expresso Concentrate
8oz water (each tablespoon has 100mgs caffeine so dose accordingly)
2 scoops - on gold standard vanilla protein powder
1-2 tablespoons sugar free vanilla syrup
Blend that together until creamy goodness pour over ice
Add 1 cup fairlife fat free milk
Yogurt Bowl - 170cal/18p
170grams - Okios Triple zero vanilla Greek yogurt
158 Grams - Aldi Frozen Berry Medley
Add in a Zyn pouch or two and I’m ready to rock and roll.
