My journey from permabulk to get jacked

Weight still hasn’t gone up despite I doubled carbs on training days. Currently 320gr NTD and 580gr on TD. I’m torn in two over waiting to see if things start to move and cranking the carbs more. Thing is I’d like to gain weight but it’s too early to compromise condition, that’s why I’m leaning towards option A.

Went for bloodwork 2 days ago, today I’ll get first part of results and I guess in the next couple days I’ll get the rest.

That's my bloodwork if anyone is interested.

these looks great mate.

great to see cystatinin c came dowm. lipids looks very good, i think microdose of statin is the way to go. also, reta could play a role there.

overall its nice to see that longer blasts/permablast with different compounds doesnt necceserslly kill you after 12-16 weeks

Yeah man, I'm excited that tren doesn't make it worse. I'd like to run that shii again haha. Reta i guess helped more with blood sugar and insulin but it maybe helped with lipids too. Ezetimibe and a low dose statin is the way to go.

you seem to have very little mental hit from aas as well as health hit, at least from what ive read so far. thats great.
especially with tren, ive heard too many bad stories, or heard in person.

its funny to see/read some people fight against support meds cause of sides and this and that.. aaand then they pin tren :D

i think we can all greatly reduce health dmg with these support meds.

7 weeks into my push phase now, rebound was not something crazy since I was/am a bit scared to push food aggressively but last couple weeks scale started moving and I’m getting bigger.

These past few days I’m having a minor water retention since I went from 3,3 IU to 8 in like 10 days but nothing major. Also last week took 4 times 25mg dbol to raise e2 a little because it went very low from EQ.

Currently I’m 6kg heavier, or 13lb for US friends and my weight is 107,5kg or 236lb. I guess my actual weight is around 3 pounds less without the water.

I’m pleased with how I look, I lost some detail since peak cutting phase but tbh I prefer that fuller look.

I won’t raise food yet until my weight stabilise and see how I actually weigh, I think current macros will serve me for a little while. 280P 50F 580C on training days and rest days I drop carbs to 300 and keep rest the same.

Can definitely tell decent progress since your July post

Thanks for the this brother! Yeah, the only way to pinpoint progress is by having side to side pics and i'm planning to do this now that i'm able to have all variables set in point. My iPhone, tripod and the same posing room from my gym.

I'm getting a lot of positive comments since i raised food and gear, i'm 10-12lb up and it's pretty noticeable. I'm looking forward for a productive off season to pack some mass.

Yeah, it's so valuable even just to yourself to keep a log of progress pics in the same environment + poses

Otherwise you can't really get an objective measurement of any progress made I feel like. Even small variations in lighting or posture can make large differences.

If you can get away with it, maybe stick tiny pieces of clear tape on the floor for feet placement?

Why that? To stand in the same position always? I wouldn't go that far TBH, the best thing is to buy a black curtain and some lightning for my house but since i don't work with any coach i won't go into that stuff yet. I'd also like to start shooting some training vids but setting the tripod in the gym is not my favourite thing haha

2 clips from yesterday’s pull, back is still my weakest part but I think it’s starting to progress now that I’ve switched mainly on machines instead of free weights.

First prime row is more lat focused and second row from Atlantis is more upper back. These are my top sets, I’m not aiming to have a full retraction on these, I prefer going heavier and focus more on stretch and then drop some weight for my back off sets and go all the way in.

I’m doing 2 pull sessions a week with 8-10 working sets for back on each session. Then 3 sets rear delts and 6 sets biceps.

Edit: I just realised I need to turn phone sideways for videos lol

HAHA thanks for the snaps brother, i like how i look from the front and side but from the back not quite there yet, when i come across other guys in the gym that are wider than me i'm mirin hard in a good way. No matter how big your muscles are, having a very wide frame (obviously when carrying enough muscles) is cooler IMO lol.

Thankfully my gym is "content creator friendly", you'll see many guys with tripods and since it's quite big they're not in your way. I want to start recording more often, for the view and for adjusting the technique. I did this in the past when i used to do powerlifting for couple years and it was very helpful.

Damn, that must be one hell of a gym.

I train in a lame commercial gym, you still see people with tripods LOL. None of them have impressive physiques.

The lighting in your gym makes me jealous, I have nowhere to take good photos like that

Yes bro it's brand new, working since June and it's just what every gymrat could wish for. Multimillion investment..3 huge floors fitted with newtech, arsenal, atlantis and prime plus couple posing rooms. I moved close to that area from a way different town just for this. Training with IFBB pros and couple Olympians, possibly the best gym in Balkans.

This is the kinda filming I can get behind. If this were the reason most people recorded, I might not have built a home gym to escape the Selfie Paparazzi.

Man, i'd be lying if i told you i don't take some shots for Instagram, but setting a tripod and film a video while working out, at least make it count. Honestly in those 2 clips i posted i thought my technique was cleaner, i'd swear to, but i now see couple things i can improve.

236,5lb or 107,5kg today. Scale is going up slowly, still won’t push harder on food since I have around 12 weeks to end my off season.

I believe this is my happy medium in terms of physique. Not extra crispy covered in veins but still tight, full and bigger but not chubby and soft. Wish I could stay in that condition and add 10kg of muscle mass lol.

Bro, you look like the kind of guy whose warm-up set is carrying refrigerators up the stairs. That frame is ridiculous, shoulders like an aircraft carrier and arms like they’ve been carved out of stone. If I ever bump into you in a dark alley, I’m handing over my lunch money before you even open your mouth.
