My journey from permabulk to get jacked

No because i have low blood pressure, on 1gr I'm having 110/55. I have a week now though that i started nebivolol because after adding the GH my rhr was 75-80, kinda much to let it go without addressing it i think so i added 5mg nebivolol.
Wow...? How does that work? lol. Did you have low BP before steroids?

Ah, yeah, the GH RHR increase is no fun but, the body acclimates relatively quickly to it (at least in my experience). Still not as low as prior to GH but less of an increase.
Thanks man, really appreciate it! Honestly I'm still thinking about it since it's my second cycle overall. Between my first and current cycle i was cruising on 180mg test + some HCG but I'm not gonna go that low again, at least for a while and as long as my bloodwork continue being good. Probably around 250-300 test for 6-8 weeks and then start a long cutting cycle for 18-20 weeks
Seems like a solid plan to me. Whenever I'm legitimately cruising I have a hard time going below 1ml per week...it's just so convenient to hit .5ml 2x per week and makes vial math quite simple. And is more fun than true TRT, lol.

Yeah it was low before i start gear, same as HCT which was 42 as a natty. I don't mind that's low i obviously prefer it than being high haha! It's just the diastolic which sometimes it goes too low and this is unhealthy as well. This is a random recent measurement. Shit's going too low sometimes it scares me a bit.

I'm gonna keep the nebivolol until the end of my bulk and then drop it and take it from there. Yeah 1ml a week it's easy peasy man, I'm not responding well to gear and 180mg probably had me inside the reference range. 325 test had me at 1470ng/dl.

98/55 blood pressure - are you dizzy?

Interesting.

I get an increase in heart rate with growth hormone, too.

What was your blood pressure when you were like 320 pounds?

You are one of the guys aas is made for lol. Every symptoms that stops a normal gymbro’s cycle actually improves your blood markers lol.

All we can do is look at your blood work and vitals with envy. Good stuff brother.

Sometimes i'm a little foggy but i can't say for sure it's because of low BP. What i can say for sure is that during summer sometimes i get orthostatic hypotension, i get some black outs when i get up fast, like from bed or after i finish a hard set on leg press but it's happening rarely.

My BP in my heaviest was something like 125/70 but honestly back then i was maybe measuring it once every 3 months.

Haha yeah it's like my body saying "give me more anadrol and EQ to make some RBC" lol, thanks a lot brother! :)

Man you’ve come a long way.

Go open the fat photo of you on page one and then open these new pics. It’s crazy.

Honestly, if i don't look back at my worse it seems my progress is not that great, but when i do i feel proud of myself. Thanks for the good words man!

Thanks for the kind words man, really appreciate it! Keep showing up, do your best and you'll be there sooner or later.

It's just takes some time, the trick is to find a routine that's somewhat enjoyable.

A couple gym selfies, it’s a shame I don’t have a tripod to take some back shots, side chest etc.

Weight now is 228 at 6’0. I ran 2 months 600 test 300 primo and 3 weeks ago I switched to 500 test 500 mast and 70 tren A which I titrated to 140mg, 20 per day. HGH at 3,5 IU.

Food now is at 2900kcal and macros C320 F40 P280. One free meal per week.

Cardio wise I didn’t have any until recently since I was doing a very demanding physical job averaging 25K steps, recently I switched job and now I’m doing around 10k steps and 4-5 x 10-15 minutes stair master. That thing is effing brutal.

I’m gonna ride the deficit for another 5-6 weeks and hopefully I’ll manage to drop carbs even more because I’m kinda stuck now. Thing is I’m hungry af, reta is not doing anything on my appetite (I’m far from max dose though) but I hope it helps with fat loss because for this cut I don’t use any other fat loss agents like clen, yohimbine etc. Last weeks, probably 3-4 I will add some winstrol for the funzies.

you look like comic book character mate, massive.

if you wanna more appetite supression, tirz is working like magic (even at lowest dose for me, no negative effects)

stair master... i hate doin cardio at gym. bicycle or threadmill is mental torture for me, every minute is like 10min there.
0 issues with walks and cycling ourside bur in gym i cant do it...
stairmaster is... much harder activity for me but much more enjoyable. first time ive tried it, iasted 30min and did 158 "floors", i was completly soaked from sweat but happy. exact opposite to other forms of cardio. still torture but much more enjoyable

seeing your pics, im really ashamed that im on juice.

also, skin on your belly, not sure if its still bothering you but from my point of view, from ex obese guy, take it as reminder and people can actually see progress you have made
skinny guys often think its so hard to start skinny and eat and eat but i think when someone starts fat/obese, its like 10 steps from starting line

I know it but honestly don't wanna switch now, I'll probably finish what vials i have left and take a big break from GLPs.

Tbh I'd prefer some incline treadmill but stair master is more time efficient, I don't wanna sacrifice more time in cardio, my daily routine is already pretty strict and have only 6 - 6:30 hours left to sleep.

Well it will always bother me, because who doesn't want a perfect skin, but I'm not into surgery for something like this. I'd hate my life knowing i won't be able to train for 6-8 weeks. It's like going from the start, body composition will go to shit etc.

Let me say it again - you look like an absolute machine. Killer physique, and at 6 feet tall you’ve got that full-on tank frame.

As for the loose skin - honestly, I don’t see anything major. Yeah, it hangs a bit, but nothing crazy. I get that it might bother you personally, but unless you’re prepping for a beauty pageant, forget it. Who cares what anyone else thinks or says?

Surgery is always an option, sure - but it comes with a big price tag, a long recovery, and the worst part… losing a couple of months of progress while you heal.

I’ll definitely be following your log - really like the look you’re bringing.

Looking great!

To get unstuck, extend that 10-15 minutes of stair master. 20 minutes and beyond. Consider also with your intention of dropping carbs maybe doing it only on your rest day and maybe doing cardio on your rest day with the lower carbs. If that doesn't work maybe cut carbs in half every other day or so and maybe drop them close to zero every third or fourth day. Oh, and cut out the free meal per week if you are only cutting for the next 5-6 weeks. That is not so long to be strict on the diet. Macros look great, though, so no wonder the good changes in your physique are resulting.

Damn dude. I had to go back to page 1 to remind myself whose journal this was lmao.

Do yourself a favour and go back to page one and then jump to this page. Your transformation is insane.

What bothers me more is not the hanging skin, is that it blunts the true bf level. I have a pouch around the belly button that it can barely fit in one palm. This stays the same year round, bulk or cut.

Not pretending that I'm shredded or smt but you get it, if i want a full 6 pack I'll have to go to a very, very lean state which normally i could avoid and hover around 10-12% to get the same level of leanness. As far as "looks", the hanging chest bothers me more than low abs tbh. But yeah, surgery is not in the books for all those reasons you mentioned.

Looking great!

Thank you very much sir! Time is the only restriction so far regarding cardio, my routine is already pretty tight, it would require to cut down some lifting volume. I could probably do that though, push harder to get higher intensity and cut some volume down to spare time for cardio.

I leave home at 7:30 and return back at 20:30 sometimes 21:00. It leaves me with 2-3 hours max to wind down, have some time with my gf, prepare the last meal and next day's meals, eat ,shower and get ready for sleep. It's effing frustrating. I wish day had an extra 6 hours lol, i wonder how guys with kids do it.

Most of the rest days i cut carbs down, usually i drop 100gr but i guess I'll be dropping it more from next week.

As far as free meal there's no way I'm gonna drop it. I've done 10-12 week diets with zero cheat meals and all I've left with was misery, a grumpy mood and an unsatisfied gf, not because of the food but from my shitty mood. 1 free meal keeps me sane and motivated to stay on track. It keeps the binge eating disorder on hold.

Usually it's 2 burgers and fries, I'm not having any sugary treats or alcohol or pizza for example. Just good quality beef patties and fresh made ingredients. The day of my free meal i have one meal of 500gr fat free Greek yogurt with 80gr cream of rice and 10gr pb pre workout, the same meal post workout and then my free meal. It's not like a regular day with a free meal on top, so calorie wise it still gets higher than my normal but not like 2-3K calories over.

Damn dude. I had to go back to page 1 to remind myself whose journal this was lmao.

Hahaha thank you my friend, honestly i sometimes go back in my old pics to realise where i was and where i am now. It's such a good feeling.

I'd like to thank everyone once again for taking the time to post in my log and motivate me to continue pursuing my goals. Cheers!

Another mirror selfie (I’m gonna grab a tripod soon), today I hit a new low for this phase at 224. It’s only a couple pounds but thankfully my stomach looks better and midsection tighter.

Built like a tank, looking T H I C K and crispy! Your arm veins are very similar looking to mine, haha.

Eddie, I think you're much leaner than your abs indicate, but it may not seem so at times because you probably hold the majority of your fat in your mid section/it's the last place to go.

Your legs are VERY sharp and so is your chest chest/arm area; I suspect you will significantly lean out in the middle over the next 2-3 weeks.

Thanks brother! Yeah it seems I hold the majority of fat in my midsection, If I could really chose I’d prefer to hold it in legs and hips haha! That’s a difficult spot for competitive bbers but for us gymbros, clean midsection is obviously better.
