my igf1 is just 246 and i take 10iu gh daily??

High e2 is a factor. It’s been discussed a few times here. I haven’t watched the videos the other member posted but I’m guessing it goes into further details regarding high e2 and gh. That’s where I’d start.

Better to have high E2 than low E2 for IGF1 conversion. but too much of something is not a good thing.

Blast 10 IU 2.5-3 hours before your next blood draw. Then have your IGF-1 and GH serum levels tested. This will tell you if you're underdosed or not.

Too many things effect igf. Don't worry about it. Deficit can lower it. Tren can lower it. You could be a non responder. Without a baseline you can't really say anything even if you know your HGH is good and dosed properly. Mine was like 135 on 6iu. Seems low but tren plus a deficit will do that. I was still getting stronger so I didn't worry about it

I think he's worried about hyperplasia and that's just something you can't quantify anyway without like a muscle biopsy. And who's gonna do that? So it's just not worth concerning yourself. Take your GH and enjoy the other benefits.

Your e2 is over 120 but your worried your 250 + igf isn't enough.
Not a single person here can give you a solid answer without knowing what your base level was. Since you didn't get that tested you gonna have to just suck it up.
Get that e2 under control. Are you seeing any symptoms? How long you been using gear?

I'm more amazed that you titrated up to 10IUs so quickly and aren't reporting horrendous sides. Are you sure your reconstitution math is correct?
At 6iu and a igf1 of 736 I had significant side effects that did not go away even after a month of pushing through. I dropped my dosage and to 3iu with igf1 at 272 in a calorie deficit resulting in zero side effects.
Is there a relationship between igf1 conversion and side effects? My assumption is that when igf1 rises into supraphysiological ranges, side effects become more likely because the body is receiving a much stronger growth signal resulting in the typical hgh side effects. With him not having effective conversion I would assume less sides. Thats why I believe he is seeing e2 induced resistance at high e2. Not an expert and still learning but that is my best guess.

Symptoms from hgh? Yes better sleep,I am voller, have a little numbness in 3 fingers but nothing crazy

Yes bro I am sure, 12 ui in the vial, I mix it with 1.2 ml bac water, so every0.1 ml has 1 iu
To be honest I feel good and it's getting slowly better with numbness and water retention

Bro your e2 is at 120? You should take care od that before you get a 3rd boob.
Get you gh tested and stop looking for shortcuts
