I don’t plan them anymore and they aren’t even that special. The cheats just sort of happen out of nowhere when I feel depleted and my body needs something extra, it may be once every week or once every 10 days, who knows. I don’t plan this gigantic celebration all week leading up to a day where I have an off diet meal, I honestly don’t even think abt it much. I’m too lazy to run out half the time so I eat bullshit I find in the house, snacks my wife brings in here for her and my son! Today was leg day, I was wiped out! Today’s cheat was a few handfuls of captain crunch cereal, 3 chobani yogurts, some Cheetos and 1 sleeve of Girl Scout thin mint cookies. I had to go in my sons room to hunt down the Cheetos and Girl Scout thin mints, he hides that shit so it doesn’t get eaten, but I still manage to get it once in awhile! Anyways, it just dawned on me that my cheat meals sort of suck because I just go for whatever is available here when I fall to shit! I wish it was as thoughtful as lasagna or something like that, but it’s really just bullshit. And it just happens, like sex on date #1!! Does anyone else live this when it comes to a cheat meal?
