My AAS Diet !

I am looking to start an aas cycle in the next 6months but i want to get my diet in check !! i dont realy have time to have 8 meals a day due to work, so i would would love someone to help me design a diet.
my main problem is i dont take in anywhere near enough calories, i was thinking maybe i could bump it up with a high calorie protien shake.

I want maybe 4000 plus clean calories

Well eat 6 meals a day then... protein shakes are "supplements" Your main source are whole foods...

Should be taking in at least 1.5g protein per lb weight of protein....
Here is an example of a meal:
6 oz chicken breast
1 cup of broccoli
22 almonds or 2tbs peanut butter

I eat this for 3-4 meals out of the day...

breakfast is a good way to add calories with eggs + yolks

2 snakes of protein shakes (46g per shake) with 2 tbs peanutbutter
Throw in a banana

Whole Milk - i use to add cals as well

And lastly i eat half a grapefruit in the morning and half before bed with whole milk/shake

I am SO FUCKING TIRED OF CHICKEN!!!!! UGGGHHHH!!!

Grilled Chicken, Baked chicken, fuckin' chicken chicken... now let me go microwave my chicken...

I am having a STEAK TOMORROW DAMMIT!!!

But that looks like a good diet big... I am eating peanut butter in stead of almonds...
