After seeing Craig Golias drinking his MuscleEgg i searched for some infos and thats Pasteurised liquid egg white with some thickeners, flavors and sweeteners.

So, i bought some briks at supermarkets of ground chicken Pasteurised liquid egg yolk, it was absolutely liquid and totally not slimy, i added the tip of a teaspoon of sucralose and a tbspn of a sweet choco powder (Nestlè Nesquik) for 500ml.. 10% pro… blended it with a pimer and drank it straight.. smooth as an oiled chick’s ass… totally liquid like water… sweet and good… i had 2 500ml briks over 4 hours and my stomach is perfect..

i think i ll stick with it for a long time, because it took me 10 seconds to finish it.. while eating fuckin chicken burger takes me 15-20mins because basically they suck dicks..

I drink 32oz of liquid eggwhites a day. It’s an easy quick way to get 100grams of protein even if I’m not hungry.
been drinking them daily for a few years. Sometimes if I’m not feeling like eating I’ll drink a total of 64oz with 2 protein shakes. 300grams of protein easy

Never had any issues? Digestion wise
 
I get really bad back acne from liquid egg whites (15oz/day), so be careful with the eggs and keep an eye on your body.
 
Thanks, thats so strange… what could the correlation be?
I cant tell you for sure. Its very individual. Here in Europe there are some food intolerance test for antibodies (those test are not approved in the US by the FDA because of no study proven relation between antibodies from food and body intolerance of the food ). So when i cut the egg whites from my diet , thats eliminate ~95% of the back acne . Here are part of the blood work.
But again its very individual and u should watch your body and learn whats is best for you.

Ive only used pasteurised from cartons. It tooked me almost one year to "discover". that MY body is not ok with that much of eggs white (when i eat 2-3 eggs a day theres no problems like with 400 ml a day. First i was thinking thats its from the whey powder , changed it with pure ISO and etc for a year till i discovered thats the main problem for me was the eggs. So again , watch your body.
 
Also have problem with peabutter. Even with small amount i get back acne.
And there are people that eats tons of it and nothing. So everyting is very individual.
PS. Never had back acne before . even in my teen ages.
