Sure some may take offense but here goes

1. Creatiine - You have access to AAS, GH, proper training and diet, this adds no benefit on top of this. if you recover and train hard, this little supplement that scientifically shows you will be .000 whatever percent stronger and it will take you .000 percent bigger does not ive real world results. Save your money. Not to mention it may be bad for kidneys we already stress other ways.

2. BCAA/EAA - No If you eat sufficient protein which you should be, these do not matter. Back in the day guys did not drink fancy pre-workout drinks. Your recovery is determined by genetics and your training programming not sipping on these around your workout or all day. Supplement companies love you if you use them and will keep showing studies as to why you should. They may benefit if you eat 1k calories per dy

3. Fish oil. Most of it is rancid, so if you use get the Carlsons. But unless you eat no fish or no fat (again dumb) you don't need these caps. Eat a balanced diet.

4. Beta Alanine- LOL if anyone uses this but for a while it was "the shit" among supplement heres.

5. Synthol- not a supplement and not many use or it would be number 1. LOL at synthol. Abused or used "properly", think about this for a second. Injecting oil to have fake muscle is idiotic and a mental disorder. No it does not stretch the fascia and make real muscle appear if you want to do this do Haney ramrods less stupid to stretch the fascia.

6. Digestive enzymes. You should eat food you digest. You can eat yogurt to help, you don't need pills to digest food. Adjust your diet. if you the dram queen who claims to not be able to digest food maybe you take too many medicines, don't know how to eat right, or most likely are a drama queen who claims their stomach for some reason doesn't work or you worry too much about how many times you shit and how your shit looks.
 
Funny how things change. 25 years ago creatine was a must have!! The debates about the two types went on and on. Again, that was when we would ramp up and then down our dbol only dosages.

I do take them religiously
But I have Autoimmune gastritis
So my flora is constantly fucked.

But the general person shouldnt need it, they're much better off choosing proper foods that agree with them and they can digest effectively without the intervention of a pill.

HOWEVER
For Tren cycles... Magnesium with digestive enzymes will eliminate the Tren reflux...
Wether or not Tren is the best tool or safest, that's a different discussion....
But it definitly would help with that particular case

Its a good post that's been done a thousand times but I am in the mood as I have been evaluating some of these supps lately..

I don't know. Once you hit late 40's life becomes a longevity game just to stay strong, avoid physical injury, and avoid medical/genetic illness.. You start to wonder what you could have done different to keep yourself out of whatever condition you find yourself in by mid life... My eyes and cataract formation was my first genetic awakening.. Read on..

I would not write sum of those off too soon... (Caveat I am 50 and I am speaking from TESTOSTERONE ONLY at varying doses and without GH experience....

1. Creatine. I Use HCL and all it takes is (1) 750MG CAPSULE PREWORKOUT IS NIGHT AND DAY. I am referring to in combination with testosterone only supplementing creatine DOES make a good difference.. I don't take any more than this and not on days off because I suspect it damages gut flora as well as kidneys at higher doses. I mean come on creatine MONO has GOT TO BE Stripping guts raw around the world...!
** It should be noted there is a percentage of folks out there which are poor-to-non creatine responders. Some of those found out that if they dose it up at 10gms per day in terms of monohydrate that it over comes that. I would not want to be without a bathroom near at that dosage... HEll I would not even be able to stand up and take a piss without sharting down my leg at that dose.

2. I Like to use HMB. I know... Probably a waste of money if eating plenty/ It could be construed as absolutely useless Buuuut.... Its pretty affordable at bulk nutrition these days. Its a derivative of Leucine and I believe I heard John Meadows was a fan, however he was missing his lower GI Tract for many years.. So things probably moved thru him too quick and no doubt he benefitted like many would not. AS TESTING LOGIC - I use 2-3 grams mixed intra-workout water to ensure instantly available protein in case of over-training to help avoid any potential CATABOLISM of my shizzle... Leucine is by far the most valuable of the BCAA's... I agree they would serve best purpose on LOW CAL DIET..

3. Fish oil I don't know. You have to get one that does not have a bunch of leftover processing chems in it and is also still high in EPA and DHA. real high.. Supposed to be good for joints and mind. I don't know I've been testing.. There is a lot of rancid garbage out there and NO I have never had a lightning bolt come down and strike me with awe in response to fish oil. I know some that swear it helps their joints...

4. I think you should reconsider this one... Beta Alanine i discounted for years. But lately since Eye issues, I have became a pretty big fan of and for more reasons that you think. I believe IT IS CRITICAL TO USE INTRA-WORKOUT in your sipping water for it to be effective. It may also be a product you need to dose 2-3 times per day to benefit fully.. But Beta Alanine is a huge precursor to CARNOSINE which is found in muscles, brain, and eyes. I recently got a fast growing cataract and I really have to wonder if I did not drain my Carnosine stores too badly on my psycho 2-3 hour daily sessions and contribute to said cataract. Its also a huge anti-oxidant. You have to get about to 5-6 grams to get the best effect. I hardly get a tingle any more consuming that much over a 2 hour period. I don't believe the tingle is a direct indication that you are benefitting either. But I do believe this is a health, wellness, and longevity supp that is going to stick around... Beta Alanine alone will boost my workout endurance even with no creatine... But you got to get enough and keep it flowing the entire workout..

5. Synthol should not even be on your list ITS NOT EVEN A Health beneficial. Its garbage you inject in your muscles to artificially inflated them and it looks mutant retarded..

6. In terms of "Digestive enzymes"/pre-biotics. These can be broken down into three catagories...: Pre-biotic, Pro-biotic, and enzymes. The pro-biotics being the bacteria like yogurt type stuff. I have met a few people now that have benefitted from PEPSIN as a supplement. And it helps to break consumed proteins down to lower amino forms. Pepsin I think you would classify as an enzyme stomach type actor. At least they think they have if not placebo I dont know but lost some serious fat by including that in their diet. It seems like there are also forms of supps considered as PRE-Biotics that include fibers, enzymes, and salivary component type stuff.. Does a youngster need it ...? NO...

a) Didja know they are starting to think of "The Gut" as possibly the most important organ in the body? In that it may in fact exert DIRECT INFLUENCE OVER THE BRAIN.

But its a tough call on how to handle this supplement situation considering there are millions of bacteria and shizzle in the GI Tract. I worry a bit about skewing the population proportions down there. You dont want to get it out of whack and fuk it up winding up with leaky guy or some shit those conditions ARE REAL and not great...

The truth is we can live better lives thru better science. BUT YOU JUST CANT AFFORD IT SO THEY DONT RUB IT IN YOUR FACE TOO MUCH..
DON'T YOU JUST WONDER FOR A SECOND WHY THE NAME BRAND "ALIGN" is like 40bux a month or more, and why the second places come in at less than half the price. I do. I mean WHAT IS THIS MAGIC PILL..???? What benefits are these wealthy people getting that we dont...? They dont really have to advertise it anymore either so it must be doing something for these old snappers...

b) Didja know that to properly digest food you really should not drink much fluid at all as it interferes with the body's natural processing.. When they used to tell us to chew our food they did not even know the value of what they were talking about. Because really if you don't you are kind dropping the ball. Its very important to saturate the food you eat in salivary enzymes as a pre-cursor to digestion. Then you don't want to flood your stomach with fluid as this interferes with protein and fat digestion and metabolism via watering down of BILE which is critical in fat metabolism. There should be a whole scientific classroom devoted to HOW TO EAT... and NO I can't abide my own knowledge.. LOL SO sayeth the person that swallows food whole and then chuggs an entire 24oz beverage with it.. LOL

You are obviously YOUNG spirited at least, I would stay off the creatine if you can. Def avoid the MONO...

NO - I don't get shit from the cheap pro-biotics. At least I don't think I do. Then again at 50 I haven't shit right in at least 5 years...

L-Citrulline is a stand out character. I am currently testing the one with no MALATE involved. The new FERMINTED version. Its missing the 2 parts malate which gives more citrulline of course. But I think there is a benefit the the malate I am not clear on this. Cit Malate is super for a test only regimen and will blow you all the way up. It stacks excellently with a touch of creating HCL.

Agmatine is interesting but also hard on the gut. Its also blocked or does not work well if you are also supping citrulline. Its one or the other... Its also stated to block arginine, but that stuff is worthless anyway...

Lastly I want to mention Betaine. I dont recall the details of it but the literature really stood out to me and I plan to include some the next time I restock. Like I said, most of these supps you can get pretty affordably at BULK NUTRITION. So its not like you have to spang a nut to pay for them these days.

And I will just close out by saying that I have determined Animal Paks to be essential to me. I get a marked decline in my day to day good feel when I lay off it... I just use it once per day and do an evening VIT dose with just plain old B-100 and Vit C. I dont like to fuk around with the ZMAs at night either because zinc removes copper from the body and I am not so sure all that zinc all the time without mitigating with some copper is a good thing. The PAKs have some other things in there at low enough doses for long term application and I think its a quality product that Big Pharma would be shillin for 5 bux a dose if they could get their hands on it...

Keep in mind this is all coming from a man whole believes CocaCola is essential to proper health. And ya never know just how beneficial all that acid might be in terms of digestion. I met a lot of coke drinkers that lived well past 80. You have to wonder is Coke Creating local alkaline conditions around the body as the reverse feedback balancing act, and thus thwarting disease like certain cancers etc....

And for me, too much testosterone is nothing by a negative in more ways I find every day.. I want to test some GH..

Why use creatine when we have methyltreniolone? Why use fish oil when we have dexamethasone? L-Citrulline when we have novorapid? You clowns are working on hypertrophy while I took a viral vector of sarcoblastoma.

I'll throw glutamine into that mix as well. When I was still lifting naturally and taking all the supplements that were suggested to me in books and magazines I had read, Glutamine was probably the most useless of them all and it really fucked up my kidneys as well and caused my liver enzymes to shoot way up as well (hep c and liver disease prior to taking it but was under control for the most part).

Straight garbage. Should almost be a class action lawsuit against certain publications for pushing this bullshit supplement

Yes, I most certainly notice a subtle boost myself. I use L citrulline in higher doses along with agmatine.
I just want to add that the FERMENTED Citrulline (short the malate) that I am testing blew me up FAST in just 4 days of dosing. Way beyond where I normally stay at a 350mg test C protocol.

Caveat - All of it works ... ... ... For a little while. Then you simply have to lay off it. In terms of efficacy - These type supplements are PROBABALY more important to cycle than steroids /or just as - Cruise/TRT dosing aside.... I've just found over the years that its best to run the creatine, agmatine, citrulline, etc... For 6-8 weeks and then off for a while..

I worked at GNC long enough in my 20s to try/steal pretty much every natural supplement out there.

Whey Isolate
Creatine monohydrate
DHA/EPA

Are the only things that ever made a change in my body composition. Everything else.. citrulline, agmatine, carnitine, cla, vitamins, minerals, pre-work outs, blah blah blah....didn't do shit.

I do take NAC now, but that's about it because I'm alternating Anadrol and Dianabol.
