I believe you can mix the two ingredients. They are two totally different substances; one that naturally occurs in your body and one that you can obrain from poultry, meat, and fish so why would they contradict each other?
I think it just matters which works for you. I personally mix those two together and it seems fine.
This is also an option.Creatine pre workout and glutamine post workout is what I do.
