Mininum fat intake

Any idea how many grams would be a minimum for health and hormone function? And has there been any study on it?

I know fat is not evil but if one prefers carbs for energy and lowering fat, at what point is fat too low? Not looking for a percentage of calories but actual grams?
 
I don’t have science, but I can tell you I never felt better than when i brought fats up to 90-100g (keep in mind this was only like 20% of my caloric intake).

I very highly doubt that there’s any studies done to our motivation, but I’d say a male should stay above 50-60g unless REALLY dying for that last bit of fat loss.
