Middle of the night?

My apologies if it's been asked or beat to death, newbie here (introduction in the new members forum) :)

But what are you guys doing for the middle of night intakes? I feel I'm suffering with 7-8 hour sleep stretches with nothing going in my face. Anything? None? If so...options?

I read Mark Wahlberg would wake up and drink 2x mass gainers during the night for the pain and gain movie, that's an easy 2500 calories when you sleep
 
If I do wake up, some quick fried eggs. 6 of them. Can cook and eat them in under 10-15 minutes.

But I don't force myself to wake up to eat. I feel like you can hit your food during the day. I guess Im only sitting at around 4k, so its a bit easier.
