i eat 3500 cals a day and thats 263p, 438c, and 78f
i do a upper/lower 4 day split

Go do 4 years of training and dieting n come back this guy thinks steroids are magic. you still need to do the hard work to get results. 140 pounds you cant even eat... What makes you think test will do anything for you ?? Im surprised you even made an account here... with thoese stats you shouldnt even be thinking about using aas... I hope no 1 gives this lazy fuck any advice.
