@dinfar1337 @Photon would their method

In general our methodology for this type of analysis includes at least two of the following techniques: FTIR, NIR plus LC-MS and/or NMR.

Will it be more precise than Jano to find purity of raws? Or is more or less equivalent?

it looks worse

their results will most likely detect the double bond impurities and make it look like high purity overall result

just my guess, still worth testing because its so cheap

Here I thought we had find an alternative damn

let me reword

the lcms and hplc looks worse

the nmr looks promising for our case

for dinging your friends its not a good alternative. a little better than analiza
Doesnt NMR gives a more accurate purity report? Or just easier identification of different impurities

i mean i havent recieved any reports from them

from their results its seems they're more focused on identification rather than purity. i dont know how it works which is why its worth testing

no

our issue is with the chinese impurities

your india raws contain poopoo and curry
these raws are from china just india fucking reselling lol. i purfied like 200 grams out of it and still have the other left just frozen in a freezer

i also have various samples from a few people that you guys can use. mtren? got tons of that look questionable

I posted it here..

NMR is good for pure samples. If your sample is mixed with crap then you'd need LCMS. For LCMS, you need a ref standard, which they charge you for depending on what it costs (unless they already have it)

Testing is 90, qualitative id + quantitative.
LCMS NMR whatever. All covered.

For LCMS you're better off using Jano or AB, because they have the standards and can do LCMS. AB 60, Jano 120.

The only reason i'd consider them is to NMR pharma tablets (relatively pure) or LCMS pharma tablets.
NMR will be 90, or NMR+LCMS will be 90 + ref standard cost.

Cilnidipine standard is 80$.

And therefore if you send Cilnidipine tablets in for testing, you pay roughly 90+80 for NMR + LCMS. Or just 90 for NMR.

(rough estimates based off my understanding)
