If the group decides CD is worthwhile then fyi:

The price Jano quoted me was 400 USD for a pair wise comparison with CD and 600 USD for 3 samples. He stated this was no markup on his part with outside lab. I want to speak with this lab first if we go with CD to confirm near vs far UV and make sure it isn't a mess like the oil based endotoxin analyses.

Unsure if we have time logistically with this new info.

I'm excited to see what the group prioritizes and decides.

Timely to our discussions on the need to evaluate UG GH using bioassays. Comparison of the methods below (see supplement for more info). This may be a big lift for our MESO testing team to do but would be the money shot IMO (similar to HPLC testing for Testosterone product vs using blood work). Would complement the serum GH testing after IM injection of somatropin.

Properly done CD will give us info on secondary and perhaps tertiary structure of the GH. Hard to say without taking with lab about their capability.

We would need a bioassay to qualify IU/mg (aka bioactivity). My original hallucination was doing (1) CD and (2) bioassay to compare UG samples vs Pharma control (e.g., Serostim).

Super wish list ---> (3) Host cell protein comparison between UG and Pharma.

Practical? Probably not.

@AlexDavis43 is probably right that (2) and (3) enters into expensive CRO (contract research org) territory.

Regardless, just laying out tests that would help answer some of the historical unaswered questions.
