MESO "Specialized" Testing Group Fund

Structure of hgh. Is there even a point ?

Is it even necessary to see bioactivity if we can still measure igf1? This may be a crude way to see if the body does respond to it and increase production

The point seems to be more personal curiosity than harm reduction

We have Jano testing, the quick & dirty serum GH test, and IGF1 (which is really only good if IGF1 increases; no change in IGF1 doesn't mean it's bad GH)

Agreed, unless we open testing scope to host cell proteins. I want to know more about the "itch" with cheaper "generics".

At least good to know it aint just me. Thank goodness for cetirizine.

There is a group called project clear gear, with this exact premise in mind. Would everyone be open to operate within that group? Already have a discord setup if everyone is willing.
I didn't wanna' try and shill myself, but yeah, we'd love to make this "a thing" with anyone interested. Just DM me or @accidentaljedi173 for an inv. Also not trying to steal attention from @readalot either, just so we're clear (no pun intended).

Hey Brother, whatever the group wants to do, I'm great. We are all here to make a difference I believe. Steal whatever you want as long as we get the data and learn something awesome!!!! Thank you.

My 2c.

1. This group testing thread needs a benevolent dictator, readalot, that's you. Just make the decision and collect the cash.

2. Jano needs a group test portal like Group Testing Services to make this sort of organizing easier.

3. Not sure why people are riding ghouls nuts. His contributions on this forum far outweigh some small monetary contribution to this, or any test. His contributions to meso are money.

Whatever we decide to test, we make public the good results with the bad, the full enchilada. We don't protect vendors.

Meso has a lot of catching up to do with the peptide moms on telegram. They would have the tests chosen, money collected and samples in flight to Jano by now.

This is awesome! Let's do this!

His contributions are AI generated and could be replicated by anyone who is proficient with those tools and has no life. And his posts usually are on the topic of comparing pharma to UGL, and how the basic Jano tests have no value at all. This is his opportunity to be apart of either proving himself right, or learning that he shouldn’t always rely on AI outputs. He’s all talk and action. That ship has sailed and now he’s left with zero credibility or integrity.

Appreciate your comments. Sending to Jano is not currently an option since the bioactivity test is new ground and we have to find a contract test lab that will run the assays. So this project a little more complicated than sending some peptides out for Jano to test.

Regarding @Ghoul, I understand your POV. I am just surprised he hasn't weighed in or commented.

Never heard of that. Sounds like that would be ideal.

Otherwise, a USDC-Sol wallet would be best IMO. Everyone can see what gets moved in and out of it.
Everyone can see every crypto transaction. That's the entire point.
Jano doesn't take USDC-Sol so it's kind of pointless to store it.

He does take USDT-erc20 though.

Fine with me. low fee stablecoin would be ideal, IMO.

I am starting to hate AI with a burning passion. I have been looking to find out HGH dosing and it sent me in circles.

It's often counterproductive and it gives misleading answers. If you're not familiar with the subject it can seem very convincing, but the further you dive in the more frustrating it becomes.

For example I asked it for low doses studies. It gave me one on HIV men that wasn't low dose it raised their IGF1 to normal or high normal. The conclusion it made were wild saying the return to normal IGF1 levels indicated that low doses don't effect the axis.

I asked it for a study comparing dialy micro dosing vs bolus of testosterone eth or cyp. It gave me a study comparing sub q and IM. These are different delivery mechanism and the dosing schedule wasn't in the study.

I'm getting to rage point with this side show. It's incredibly frustrating. Biggest POS app and worst technology.

I can't wait for this shit to disappear permanently.

We can do CD & NMR now. There seems to be enough interest here that I doubt it would be very expensive per person. Just send it! Then we can argue over whether or not it means anything while you source a bioactivity test, if that’s even possible outside of authorized channels.IMG_1466.webp

I don’t think it’s going anywhere. But we can hope it will become easier to use.

We can do CD & NMR now.
NMR, yes. We are on our own for the analysis of the raw data.

I would definitely jump on CD, but Jano informed us that the 3rd party lab he would contract this to is closing up in less than 4 weeks. CD data much easier to analyze. I dont want to waste my $$$ and certainly dont want to waste any one else's should we crash and burn on the deadline or stuff gets delayed shipping wise. Hence I recommend we take our time and have a solid plan.

If you want to do CD now, react with "like".

NMR now, react with "wow".

Both, react with "love".

None, "thumbs down"

Lets get a count.

@janoshik, do we still have a shot if we send samples this week for CD analysis?

$610 USD for 3 GH samples?

Just to confirm, who's GH are we testing?
Go through the thread and you can see who has offered what. For CD, we need a pharma control. Some have offered to send Serostim.

I have a "premium" GH from SHA (billed from GMP facility) and a blue top "generic" GH from private board.

I am open to whatever people want but we have to have the pharma control for CD comparison.

It would be nice to compare some of the known brands on this board, like a vial of lobster, SSA and serostim.

I’d be interested in seeing total protein content in the vial too, (every test post-0.22 filtration) and comparing that to the hgh content (if that’s not what jano’s percentage score is).

I have no spare money right now unfortunately so take my suggestions with a pinch of salt.
