Can you explain to me like I'm 12 years old, how should I proceed here ?

Give me your instructions on how should I mix and take that stuff. Appreciate any help.

I started taking this about 3 weeks ago...had no idea about it so what did I do???
Did I ask for everyone to do the work for me? nope....I googled it and read up on mixing instructions. Guys will be more than willing to help once they see you helping yourself a bit

While I agree it's likely this fella has been had its not bc he purchased water by the gram.

Bc knowing by convention one liter of water = 1000 ml = and that grams of water = ML's of water.

So 5 GRAMS of WATER = 5 ML's

Not sure but I believe some places in Europe use gms of a liquid instead of ML's.

Of course that substitution may not always be accurate bc some liquids weigh less (oil) or more (Mercury) than water!
