Meet Prep Workout Log

Eating anything and everything rocks. Just had my post workout meal; 2 Burritos, Spaghetti (8oz beef 300g of pasta 125g sauce), combo-ed with chips and hummus haha and yes incase you were wondering I ate them all together.... I have weird massive cravings for food after lifting lol
I can't wait till I'm done with this cut and can finally start eating more. Lucky bastard lol
 
Deadlift 3-26-17
  • (From the Floor) Deadlift: 565lbs x 1, 595lbs x 1, 615lbs x 1
  • (From the Floor) Speed Pulls: 465lbs 5 sets x 1
  • 1 Arm DB Row: 180lbs 3 sets x 8
  • Leg Curls: As much weight as possible 5 sets x 10
  • 20min slow Treadmill
Our gym finally bought us a Deadlift bar just in time before our meet, we've been using a super stiff Rogue Ohio Power Bar 29mm with 205K Tensile strength and now we got a Rogue Ohio Deadlift Bar 27mm with 180K Tensile strength so we can practice pulling out the slack and fighting the whip of the bar so its not a surprise leading into the meet. Also we got into our 5 guy rotation and ran a train on the speed pulls knocking it out in 3 minutes on the dot:cool: Amazing day today, now to deload, rebuild and the following week compete! Officially 13 days out.
 
Being 13 days out I'm going to cut out all the unnecessary fats from my diets, keep the Carb sources clean, have easily digestible proteins and keep the timing consistent. I need to bring my body into a more prepared state and maybe lose a few pounds. Then perform a water cut the day before weigh-ins to make weight which won't be hard as I've done it many times in wrestling so it's nothing new. I just want it to be the meet day already its killing me waiting lol
 
Bench 3-27-17
  • Paused Bench Press: 345lbs 2 sets x 2
  • Paused Speed Bench: 315lbs 3 sets x 3
  • DB Floor Tricep Ext: 55lbs 3 sets x 10
  • T-Bar Row: 180lbs 4 sets x 6
  • DB Floor Press: 100lbs 3 sets x 5
  • Hammer Curls: 50lbs 3 sets x 10
  • Zottman Curls: 30lbs 3 sets x 10
  • Core
The deload this week was a much smaller drop than expected which i'm very happy with so I can continue to work with medium weight on all my lifts.
 
4-1-17 Close Grip Bench
  • T3 Raises: 10lbs 3 sets x 10
  • External Rotations: 10lbs 3 sets x 10
  • Arnold Press: 60lbs 3 sets x 5
  • Face Pulls: 80lbs 4 sets x 15
  • Close Grip Bench 2 Board: 365lbs 2 sets x 3 & 1 set x Max Reps (got 9)
  • Low Row: Full stack (250lbs) 3 sets x Max Reps
  • 20 minutes Stair Master
Sorry about the late posts fellas forgot to put them up with this last busy weekend but ill post up my deadlift workout soon. I only get to do two workouts this week leading up to the meet so I wont be able to post much about my workouts. As for drugs I dropped the NPP to lower my amount of water retention lately i've been sitting at ~281lbs so I took 40mcg of Clen and drank 2 gallons of water and this morning i weighed in at 276lbs lol

Bodybuilding Back Workout
  • Under Hand Lat Pulldown (we got MAG bars): 150lbs x 20, 190lbs x 8, 170lbs x 10, Drop Set 190lbs x 8, 160lbs x 12, 130lbs x 20
  • Cable Rows: 250lbs x 20, 8, 10, Drop Set 8, 12, 20 (I didn't bother dropping weight)
  • Single Arm DB Rows Super Set w/ Cable Pullovers: DB=150lbs x 12, 10, 10, 8 Cable=160lbs x 12, 12, 10, 10
  • T-Bar Row 1 sec Pause: 90lbs x 15, 15, 12, 12

How far out are you from your meet? What Fed?
 
Awesome. How did you do? What was your total? And biggest lifts in Squat, Bench and Deadlift?
I did well I placed first in my weigh class and got crowd favorite award. I won't disclose my Lifts now that you know my federation you could look for meets that had went on today for USPA then looked at my numbers and figured out who I am. I'll just let you know I performed very well.

Awesome! Bet your fed must be so small and in very few locations on a particular day so that's why you aren't at liberty to disclose your lift totals. Also at some meets you are photographed as well so yes I can understand your point of view.

Eh USPA is massive lol and there was only one competition going on today haha
 
USPA is one of the largest feds in the entire world.
Ahh ok my bad so maybe they had few meets going on for this day then so that's why OP's afraid of disclosing information.
