Meet prep for 410 bench and 610 deadlift

weight yesterday was, 194.2

workout was,

3x3 squats @ 355lbs
3x3 bench @ 295lbs
5 minute rest/pause tricep pulldowns
5 minute rest/pause db arm blasters

Going to start working up to a squat triple of 405, bench triple of 325lbs, and deadlift triple of 495lbs. I'll attempt them next friday. I SHOULDN'T have a problem hitting them, I guess we'll see though. lol
 
Haven't updated all week because its been pretty boring. Just light sets of the big three. I'm on my way to the gym right now though to do some amraps of my training maxes. Hopefully everything goes good
 
Weight today was 196.2

Squats went as well as I was hoping. I hit 415 for 5 at an rpe8.5. Definitely had a grinder left in me, but decided to stop. On bench I hit 325x5 at an rpe9.9. lol. That last rep was pretty rough. Then on deadlift I hit 495x4 at about an 8.5.

Overall I'm pretty satisfied with everything. These numbers "theoretically" put me right on track to be where I want to be. Now I just have to hope the next couple mini-blocks go as good and come time for November I hit my numbers.

Edit: All of these lifts were executed to "competition quality", they weren't "gym lifts".

Workout was,

3x8 squats @ 365lbs
3x8 paused bench @ 285 bench
3x8 deadlifts @ 405lbs

was interested in seeing what my evening weight was. I weighed in at 202.2lbs, so I am managing to bulk up / get stronger without ped's. Well until last night. I pinned 300mg of test. lol. I'll probably do 500mg a week, might bump it up to 750, not sure.

3x8 t-bar rows
4x12 preacher curls
6x15 arm blasters
4x12 skull crushers
6x15 tricep pushdowns
 
Weight today was 201.2

Workout today was,

4x3 deadlifts @ 465lbs
5x4 paused bench @ 315lbs
2x8 lat pull down
5x8 cross body hammer curls
8x15 arm blasters
4x8 skill crushers
8x15 tricep pushdowns

I didn't think the test would hit me so fast, but I had just horrible back pumps today.. I was supposed to do an amrap on deadlifts but even just the three reps I was doing my back felt like it was going to split. lol. So I picked up some magnesium and taurine after the gym and hopefully that will get rid of them.
