Meet prep for 410 bench and 610 deadlift

I made a stupid instant fail mistake yesterday after doing everything perfect on the driving test. I'm going back tomorrow or next week to take it again.

That sucks.. Well, at least you known you won't do that again. Ha. If you did everything else good, then I'm sure you'll pass it. Do you know what type of driving you want to try and get into, or basically just anything with a nice check? Ha
 
weight last night was 198.4, weight this morning was 190.2. lol.

workout was,

3x4 s&g deadlifts @ 420lbs
3x4 paused bench @ 275lbs
2x15 cable crossover
3x12 pullups
2x12 lateral raises
5x15 preacher curls
6x15 arm blasters
5 minute burnout with arm blaster
8x15 tricep pushdowns
Nice intensity on those snatch grip deadlifts.
 
Weight today was 190.6

Workout was,

2x4 deadlift @ 415lbs
1x10 deadlift @ 415lbs @ rpe8
3x5 paused bench @ 285lbs
1x8 paused bench @ 285lbs @ rpe9

2x12 lat pulldowns
5x15 preacher curls
8 rest pause sets db arm blasters
3x15 tricep pushdowns
8 rest pause sets tricep pushdowns

I was pretty pumped about deadlifts today. I felt they we're lagging, but I could've done 12 reps for sure and that would put me at a calculated max of around 590.. Although everything is ahead of schedule I think I might just start 500mg of test a week anyways and go complete beast mode at the competition
 
weight yesterday was, 196.6

workout was,

5x9 squats @ 305lbs
5x9 bench @ 245lbs
5x9 deadlifts @ 375lbs

The weights are definitely feeling lighter, but the volume is catching up to me... lol. The first few sets of squats felt like a warm up. The last one got me pretty winded but it physically was an rpe7. Bench wasn't too bad, the last set was probably an 8. Then it was deadlifts.... I muscled through the first few sets, but the last two sucked. I was pretty beaten down by then and just wanted to leave. lol
 
Weight yesterday was 195.4

Had another accessory day, Workout was,

2x8 db bench
3x8 lat pulldown
2x8 t-bar row
2x8 seated db press
5x8 hammer curls
4x15 atm blasters
5x8 skull crushers
4x15 tricep pushdown

db bench and lat pulldowns felt pretty light. Right now I'm using the 110's and shooting for rpe7. I think next week I'll bump them up to 120's for at least 6 but hopefully do 8 with a few reps in reserve.
