Meet prep advice

If you were looking to do meet in 12 weeks how would you do your program? May also look into one 8 weeks following that one.
 
Current lifts are 455 squat and deadlift as of December. Got 325 on bench this week. It's all coming back slowly. Will compete in the 198's more than likely. Mighty mouse has seen the lifts. I could not get back into my other account and made this one. Previous post were under the handle crossfire. Thanks in advance.
 
Work backwards from meet day. Deload the week of the meet do very light weight and practice commands. Two weeks out work up to heavy triples on each lift, these are your openers, three weeks out work up to heavy doubles, these are your second attempts. A month out you should be hitting your peak volume and also dropping most or all accessories. Before that you'd pretty much be mostly training normally, although comp specific in terms of the lifts. Do them as you'd do them at the meet.
