I am very busy traveling with my job. It is very difficult for me to cook up my food on Sunday for the entire week like I used to do.

Are MRP's a good substitue?

Would they be suffiecient for one of my meals during a fat loss stage?

I am considering AST Nytro Pro 40 and the ingredients are as follows:

If your goal is fat loss i would use a MRP will lower glycemic carbs. The nytropro uses maltodextrin which is really high glycemic. I would go with VPX micellean, EAS myoplex deluxe, or Instone's intake performance.
