Meal examples of Vertical diet

Can someone give me a few examples of the vertical diet meals in a bulk? Would appreciate it, trying to make it not so boring, have had good benefits so far though.

Just use the same crap change out a meat every day and combine in a bowl… throw everything else in the bowl
 
Was kind of made to be simple, i’ve already put together about 15 meals, will put together some more so i have like 20-25 to choose out of, Yeah it might get repetetive but I actually stopped craving sweets and i enjoy the taste of red meat
 
I'm dieting so I make the monster mash but use cauliflower rice instead of white rice. I just buy 90% lean beef but follow those guides on how to remove fat so it's more like 97-99% lean. I'll eat baby carrots and small oranges and craisins here and there but I'm not really following the diet that close. I eat a massive amount of rotisserie chicken, grilled chicken, shrimp, fat free Greek yogurt, low fat cottage cheese and whey protein as well
I don't think any of those are on the diet
