If these guys are off cycle and look like that I can't imagine what they'd look like on cycle.. Besides he did say his intention is to uncover fake nattys why would he fake the tests, makes little sense ?

high eq, tren, deca, orals etc

Seems to be a lot of hate for Jeff on here. I think he's put out some solid content for years, though not everything as good as the other. Still personally I like that he explains scientific articles in his videos so I don't have to read.
He also seems trustworthy, except for maybe the being a natty part.
