The eye is only kind of fucked up now, but sight was completely white light for 3 and a half weeks.
It's just milky white in the pupil now and doesn't look all glazed over and fucked off like before, but my whole field of vision is all milky too. I think it's gotten as good as it's gonna get, the eye doctor said it's scarred and he's going have me get a corneal transplant where they cut off the damaged part of my cornea and sew on a dead-guy's cornea. I'm awake when they do this too, I'm not looking forward to it.

Hey bud, small piece of advise, specifically from someone who was in a similar situation... Go get yourself a good lawyer, preferably one that plays golf with the judge that's going to review your case. Once you do, take that big dick swing to your chin like a man and clean up your lips from the dick cheese that will be spread across it. They play for their team and if you were even in the slightest bit wrong in the situation use your brain and shut your mouth if they're willing to drop it. I can assure you, you won't be receiving jack shit and If you go after them, the DA,judge and "lying" cop will have them cheeks spread further than you ever felt before. Think of it as a everyone fucked up moment and move on with your life.
There is always that off chance you were in the right 100% however from my experience thats about a 1 to 5% chance. Odds are pretty low.

Are you serious. It’s 30 bucks for a box of 100 why would I use the same one? To save 33 cents? Even if I reused the same one everyday for a month I would save 10.00.

In a way, it's supposed to be shocking and have him think about his course of action. I don't think he is 100% innocent nor do I think he has the financial means of fighting the case. It will be dragged as long as possible, no state wants to pay out. It's funny how that works, a cop can say one thing and it will be treated as word of God but when the other person pleads a different story they need a whole movie crew set of angles to prove that the cop was wrong. I know it might be state,county,country dependent sometimes but still from my own experience it's always tough to prove the cop performed in an unlawful manner unless you have a video from start to finish and some witnesses along with CCTV.
