Hello everyone. How many calories do you eat to maintain your weight?
I am curently 6'4 and 205 aprox 15% bodyfat and I need ~3800 calories to maintain my weight.

I know. I was always skinny, ate a lot but never gained weight. Only started to gain when y learned to count calories. Y see a lot of people bigger than me gaining weight on 3.000 calories and people eating 6.000 calories every day to grow. That seems more like a curse than a blessing.

What do you do for work and what's your activity level like? Because we hold the same amount of LBM and I am incredibly active and my maintenance is 3200

I am a fireman and I have a small baby that keeps me active all day but not over active.
Was curious about how many calories do people eat.

You hold 170 pounds of LBM I hold 165 pounds of LBM I need to eat 3200 cals to maintain size and my job is significantly more active then yours (I have experience with as a firefighter as well) if you can eat 3800 and not gain weight then keep on keeping on but I would monitor is closely stick to a solid 3800 cal diet and your regular life for 2 weeks and see if anything changes

Sounds about right, when I was that weight, I was 3800 tdee

I'm 6'4 as well and I walk abound at 200-205 naturally

Now I am just over 250

6'3 315 lb 22-25% bf I think. Around 4000 to maintain according to the internet. I've actually been paranoid about this lately as I'm cutting down and have been keeping track of calories and most days I'm barely scraping the 3000 mark, 95% clean, mostly high protein and low on carbs and fat. The thing is though I don't feel like I'm starving or anything, eating 4-5 times a day including in some fruit oats and protein shakes that I blend up at home, I figured at such a deficit I would be losing strength and energy but I'm not, according to the scale I haven't lost any weight but I swear I'm starting to look leaner slowly, I just don't get it lol
