What’s up fellas and I guess ladies would be appropriate l— figured I’d finally jump in and join the community. I’m 51 years old, been around the game for a while — running AAS on and off for over 25 years now. I’ve seen the trends come and go, from old-school bro science to all the newer compounds and peptides floating around today.
Recently got back in to training consistently, and back to chasing progress, and still learning. I’m here to share what I’ve picked up along the way and pick up a few new tricks from the next generation too.
Looking forward to talking shop, swapping cycle ideas, and staying sharp with like-minded guys who live this lifestyle.

How long were you out, and what are you doing for training now?

Since about 2015 I had a couple kids late in life
Wouldn’t trade them for nothing though
Currently just cruising a little test c + reta
Trying to get numbers dialed in
Gym 6 days a week
20min cardio each
A lot of cable + machine moves right now
6-5 275lbs
I’d like to get to about 255 and then turn it up
If numbers return good ..
