I have been on 300mg test C per week and did my bloods 5 weeks in. My HDL was already quite low at baseline, but so was my LDL. Now HDL decreased a bit, but LDL stayed the same. From what I have read on other posts, LDL is the main marker I should be concerned with if it raises too much? Trig no baseline, but have been on reta for 5 months. Is there anything I can do/take to increase HDL (already doing 30 minutes cardio + 10k steps everyday for over a year now)? Besides ezetimibe and other statins, I could not really find anything. maybe niacin, but I hate the flushing when that shit is in pre workouts.
