For replacement purpose max 200mg/wk will bring you in the 95th percentile of the higher reference range unless you are a non responder.
This is my dose and gets me 1250-1000 depending on the day. Basically top of range.

200 mg puts me at 1900 at day 5This is my dose and gets me 1250-1000 depending on the day. Basically top of range.
You know I've said it to you before. Stay safe!!! Glad you're sticking with low doses. As many know I was a fan of extremely high dosages in the past. Going to the extreme and not being the smartest I had a stoke and a pulmonary embolism. I believe at that time I was running 1200mg tren 800mg test 1000mg mast along with clen, t3, t4, 10 iu a day gh.
I’ve been only running 100mg test a week basically since this happened. Now I’m intending to run a small cycle likely 300 test and 300 deca. Will be running with my 677. Looking for advice on maximizing my gains with such small dosages.
Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
I dont think the TT is a big of a problem as other markers. Im on TRT and my last couple blood work ups have been in the 1300 range and DR. says this is fine. HCT,HGB, RBC's, Cholesterol values are more of a red flag than total T. Obviously the higher the T, the higher the risk factor for all these other values being high. What do you think is the upper limit of TT you think is safe? TT 1000?
Didn't know you could take test with blood thinners. You learn something new I guess everyday. What was your age?
I’m sure you take blood thinners now?
I do low doses, like test 350, deca 300 and make slow steady gains. These days I’m on trt plus 250 deca and do well. Much relies on diet.. but IMO if i were you, I’d stick with trt and get TT to 800-1000 and enjoy life.
If adding something, I do ipamorelin and cjc and I feel and look decent...

Why can’t you? You can be on trt and take blood thinners, there is no contraindication.Didn't know you could take test with blood thinners. You learn something new I guess everyday.
Many of us on here did say stick with trt, that’s why this forum is so good. You hear different angles but the gist of the responses (other than a few) was to be very reasonable, and some did say stick with trt.As a harm reduction forum we should all be willing to speak out and discourage the use of PEDs when its reasonably clear the risk exceeds the benefit.
And while a causal relationship between AAS and hyper-coagulability has yet to be proven, based upon existing evidence the association can no longer be ignored, especially in high risk patients as the consequences can be disastrous.
I wish the OP the very best.

Well in my situation I elected to self medicate at 250mg. That was too much as it pushed me into 1200ish. Then I eased back and got dialed in at about 990.Why can’t you? You can be on trt and take blood thinners, there is no contraindication.
That deca can really increase your hematocrit. It’s even indicated for the treatment of anemia.
When I was on 500 mg, my HCT went up to 57!
Now I get phlebotomy every month and take an aspirin
Thanks for sharing ur story. How old did you say u were?
Stick with trt and add hgh or 6-8 weeks of oxandrolone (can get at hrt clinics), only issue is that it wrecks my lipids46 Ma Man 5ft 8 Inches 217lbs, 180lbs of lean body mass according to Dexa Scan right now.
Now Thank You again! I just looked a my labs, and went over my data. I went from a 47 on my HCT, to 51 HCT on 250mg. I went down to 200mg and or a little less, and was dialed in and HCT was 49.
I't not unreasonable I think to theorize adding that 300mg of Deca for 8 weeks took me to 57 to 61 HCT.
In short my goal is to be 220lbs with 8% body fat, although I have 39lbs of body fat right now, at 17.8%
I'm still fairly new at this, and I'f I knew what I knew now. I would have started at 25. I have alot of lean body mass, and was always ah stocky kid. Well any advice is surely appreciated.

No problems other then I had noticed that I was 5.81 RBC count even before I started. Went to 6.2 RBC on 250mg. Dialed back to 5.9 RBC.
Worked fine, and I was getting some blood done, well 2 things happened. I added some deca 300mg after some encouragement 8 weeks. Then I got a contract a week later to do a job, and I was down a man.
I jumped in a truck myself to make it happen. Didn't get the blood test. Well I started getting this pain after a few days in my chest. It hurt ta take a breath. Electric like pain in the chest. Went to a hospital, and they ran some test on Heart, CT Scan ect, and I had PE's. Heart was fine, and everything else. Just PE's in the lungs, and they said I had 1 little small one still in my leg.
They guessed because of my lifestyle of business. This was the likely cause of DVT's and they traveled up due to the exertion I did the following day or so. They really don't know! Well they put me on ah blood thinner, and my Hematologist said it would be ah year.
I told him about the test, and I added deca. He said that very well could be a contributing factor, so I got off 8 months ago. I've been on blood thinners for almost a year now.
I was under the impression from him. The two don't mix, although he wouldn't directly say that!
I did test myself last month for my own T-levels again! I'm back down ta 285 ng/dl Was figuring I'd wait till the end of October before I go get a script or do it on my own since the INS now covers TrT.
I do have an appointment coming up this week. I might nail him down on the details. Its been rough, but I'd rather deal with that then that pain, or cause an issue.
PS RBC count is 5.5 on 2 5mg a day of blood thinner.
Yeah it could have, although honestly, I did wait till the last 2 mins. I tried to ignore it at first. Although when yah stumble kind in, and are whisked away immediately. Yah barely made it!Wowserz! That could have had a real fugly outcome had you not been diligent in listening to your body and getting thing's checked out.
Sounds like you're on top of it now and doing well. Glad to hear it, brother. Keep it that way!
