Low-dose clen cycles

I'm on day 8 of 20mcg of clen ED; seems to be doing the job. Does anyone else just take a straight dose, rather than titrating up? I may go up to 40mcg and stick with that next week.

I've read people go up to 120 by titrating up, but I've never gone passed 40 or 60. I've also read that clen doesn't downregulate, its just the sides go away so people don't think it's working anymore, but it is, so these short blasts aren't necessary.
 
Tested different dosing protocols. Personally found the best way is to be starting at 40mcg a day and increasing the daily dose by 20mcg every week. Only up to 120mcg/d when the weather is cold, otherwise I usually stay at 80mcg/d.

With 20mcg increments feels like you can avoid most sides (cramps), though starting at 40mcg might get few cramps and handshakes before body adjusts.

Typically it's unnecessary to go past 80mcg. With a 36hr half life you can take it a first thing when you wake up prior to fasted cardio.

You take all at once or over the day? I would assume throughout the day probably a bad idea.
 
inlove clen 10mg for. boost in the gym. maybe its the effecr on airways opening up but i always have a great workout and feel much more energetic at 10mcg pre workout here and there.
 
I’ve noticed my best results at 50mcg/ day. Overall look for me is leaner and drier. Sides were minimal with small bouts of hot flashes.
 
I begin my daily dosage at 20 MCG and gradually increase it by 20 MCG each day. After reaching 100 MCG MAX!, I maintain this dosage for a period of 4 or 5 days before initiating a tapering phase. All depends on your body, the shakes and sweating sucks but you get use to it.

Are you supplementing potassium/taurine at all?
 
I just upped the dose this week to 40mcg; I feel fine, although I notice my reps output decline each set, faster.

I eat bananas for potassium, so I have no cramps.

Are you able to do more per set, or less? Recently I've been feeling like I've losing more reps per set than I was before, although my lungs are feeling quite "open."
 
the higher doses will shoot your Heart rate up lije crazy. most ppl say when taking clen dont to HIIt cardio bc your HR and stress on your heart.
 
if you want to benifit from extra lung capacity and be able to force out more reps keep your clen dosages on the lower end 20mcg. but with that your not going to burn as much fat as your would at 60-80mcg

As it was during a cut my strength would either balance out or decline, but I was always less winded between sets and of course even more so during cardio.

Sounds like your situation is pretty normal for someone in a deficit. Running any T3?

Not this time around; T3 made me stringy so I won't do that again.
 
Ramped up the clen to 60mcg this week; don't feel any sides at all.

Some say that clen needs to be done in two week intervals with a break, but I've heard others say they just run it until they don't need it anymore.

Am I not feeling any sides because the clen is not working as it should be? I think it is still working, as I'm sweating my ass off constantly, but I wouldn't want to waste it isn't working its best.
