This study is interesting and a pretty easy read. Doubt there are many folks here that have a high carb diet but know many of us strictly limit our carb intake.
I'm not a big fan of plant-derived protein sources but guess it's once again time to try adjusting my palate. Choosing a tofu burger instead of steak, chicken or eggs maybe isn't so bad after you get used to it. Tofu bacon instead of the real thing isn't ever going to happen though.
