I have done both and I have done a form of alternating low fat and low carb every other day.Great input , I do liss everyday and idk should I do it on the rest day too or not .. the only argument in my head is that if I take a day off from cardio also it will enhance the effect of the other cardio days .. don’t know if that’s false or true
I have time and energy for anything but I don’t know really if crash diet will work for me , imma try low carb first
You can do more cardio everyday which is fine. But at the end of it, find a lifestyle that supports you. Even if you do cardio twice a week when you hit your target goal.
Sustainability is the key to everything in life. Moderation also helps keeps sustainability
