Lost 5 lbs in 3 days! How?

Im running a cycle of 1g of test, 3iu gh, 50mg adrol/day. I eat 2700-2800 calories, cutting. 5'10" was about mid 220s. Last weighed 6/11@ 219 today weighed 214. I double checked my scale just to be sure. I had a couple of days working on a roof, pretty grueling work. Missed my adrol on those days too. Didnt miss meals or wo. I know i couldve been dehydrated but I figured by now I woulda rehydrated. Sunday was last day i worked. Do you think it is just a water thing or do you think with a jump in activity and reduction of anabolics couldve lost actual fat or muscle that quick?
 
Water, it could be maybe .75 lbs of fat, but that’s the most I imagine you’d lose in 3 days. Water manipulation is a funny thing, I weigh myself daily and see 3-5 lb fluctuations sometimes just day to day. But it’s all water (or a majority water).

Did you replenish the salt you lost when sweating? That could certainly be part of it. Take 1/4 teaspoon of salt before bed and drink 3-4 cups of water and I bet you put most of that water back on
 
Man my weight fluctuates by 3 to 5 pounds daily. I weigh somewhere around 195 in the am and at night closer to 200. I thought it was weird the first time I noticed and started weighing am and pm for awhile and this change is pretty consistent.
 
That really is the most weight variation I have experienced so far! Weight loss is crazy to watch, still boggles my mind watching the scale. I should also add this is my second cut Ive ever done! I was on the forever bulk train and got tired of being fat haha. I cut once for a PL comp and then this time. Thanks for yalls input!
