Loose those last few LBS! HELP!

I've been training now for about a 1.5 years very consistently. Made great strength/size gains and have lowered my BF% greatly.
I have these last few, oh, 10-15 lbs that just WONT GO AWAY! Most noticeable in my waist line, but you can tell if I were to shed that, the rest of my body would proportionately look better too...

I was carrying weight for many years, so it's old fat. I don't know if that makes a difference or not. The first 30ish lbs seemed to just fall right off. Cardio + diet did that.

Diet is key, so I'm continuing to eat clean.

Goals still remain: add lean mass and lower BF%

Average week:
5 days weight train in early AM (~1-1.5 hrs)
3-4 kickboxing (~1.5 hrs)
Road bike when I have time (0-1 days/wk for 2-3 hours)

Diet: high protein but not staving myself of carbs-
Bfast of oats or shredded wheat with poached eggs (1 whole-3 white)
Protein shake
Lunch can tuna with cold shrimp black/pinto beans and or salad with chicken breast
Protein shake
Dinner chicken breast with steamed broccoli or asparagus

That's typical, but I also enjoy lots of:
bison
ground turkey BREAST
brown/wild rice
liquid egg whites
light string cheese
fruit
turkey breast (deli)
light yogurt
skim milk
can chicken breast
Met RX Big 100 protein bars (occasional)

I don't drink alcohol or any tobacco, no soda or fruit juice

I'm about to start a Dbol/Sust cycle and want to look lean....not puffy!

What is some advice for a person at my stage? <------------
 
whats all your stats bud, height. weight. number of steroid cycles youve done, bf%...see if i can try to help you out..

I have been putting in more cardio time, but my biggest fear is that I may burn away lean mass.
 
If you r really doing what you say and eating this diet typically then you are doing the right thing...most advise you are gonna get is up your cardio in the am and try to shock your body. BigBench recommends sprints to spare muscle while still getting in cardio.
 
if you dont want too look puffy/water retention - take adex@ .5mg/day. this will also help prevent estrogen related sides while on cycle.
