Loose skin protocol — GHKCU?

Androgens, GH, quality skin firming lotion applied 2-3x daily. After that it’s a crap shoot. I’ve seen lots of guys competing in masters shows who are peeled inside out but still have a little loose skin in the lower middle abs likely from losing a lot of weight later in life. Skin elasticity is genetically determined like most things.

Not sure if masteron would be something to avoid in this respect. Some users report drying of the skin / looking like an alligator bag etc. The opposite of what we’d want to firm skin that’s lost some elasticity.

One option, and I’m not suggesting this but it’s there, is to run your compounds to obtain some level of water retention. I’m sure you’ve seen the guys who have defined abs over a slightly bloated belly. I’m not taking about a huge gut. Just not a vacuumed men’s physique type waist. Anything that makes that skin more taught is going to involve some subcutaneous fluid retention
Just to piggy-back off my own post here - I've been running mast with test / tren for the past several weeks and along with the rest of my regimen / diet / training, etc. I am noticing an up-tick in skin firming in the mid section. I also apply a firming lotion, no clue if it's any good, at least 3 times per day. I had previously said that Mast might be no-go here but not seeing any negative effects. That said, there are so many moving parts influencing the level of fluid in our skin not the least of which are hormonal balances, electrolytes, even the weather (extreme cold, etc.).

Sadly I doubt any of those chemicals actually tighten skin. What you might be observing is your skin shifting into new position and muscle filling in if you are working out. The process takes about a year after you reach your target weight, from what I understand, which is why they say to not do any sort of surgery for at least a year to see how it looks first.

The only thing I have found to actually tighten skin is RF treatment. Women know a lot about this already because they use it on their face to remove wrinkles. We guys are less informed because we usually dont care. What this does is disrupt the collagen at the binding level forcing the body to create new collagen and reform. When it does, it smooths out wrinkles and tightens the skin. Its subtle, so dont expect that to replace a tummy tuck but it works if pictures are to be believed. There is also higher frequency treatments for melting fat but I dont think that helps the skin per se and I think its better to just lose that the normal way. If you just have a little loose skin and wrinkles, RF is the way to go. If you have actual folds, then its really just surgery.

From what I can tell the only difference between medical RF treatment and the home devices are power. Medical ones are very powerful and you do that only once and wait 6 months for results. Take home cheap ones are used daily and seem to be annoying for that reason but they apparently work after long term use. There are middle ground devices that you find in spas and such which work sort of in between. Im still researching this stuff.

Appreciate your input but my Experience has been different. Androgens and HGH have worked for me. Could be due to genetics in terms of residual elasticity. I agree it doesn’t work for everyone. If it did the masters shows wouldn’t be full of guys with saggy lower ab pooches.

Is anyone with estrogen issues getting estrogen sides? without being on a AI

As copper is extremely estrogenic. Females that got copper IUD develop PCOS after a few year (estrogen dominance). Yet we need a low dose in order to produce oxygen and collagen. 2mg copper per day gives me estro sides in a few days

You sure? HGH does reduce visceral fat but has no impact on skin or collagen. Androgens also have no impact on collagen but do grow muscle so stretch the skin. I have a similar result.

If you look at me standing you would think I have good skin. No folds or wrinkles in abs. But if I actually pinch the skin, there is loose skin. You can also sort of see it if I plank. I am about 1 year out from when I met my target weight and it did actually improve on its own over that time which is exactly what everyone said. But the same people also said nothing actually tightened the skin except growing muscle, which stretched it.

Think of it another way. If roids and HGH actually impacted skin do you really think women wouldnt know by now? Come on man. The women skin care business is bigger than everything body building and weight lifting combined. Its probably a trillion dollar segment. Have you seen what they do? Botox, red light, more creams than I can count, masks, needles, RF, etc. You really think they wouldnt have figured out that a steroid will fix it? Or HGH? They would be injecting it by the bucket load and doctors would be all over it.

Androgens have no impact on collagen production? You REALLY need to brush up on your reading brother. Not trying to be a dick but you make these long posts that sound convincing but you’re talking out of your ass. Search “androgen collagen production” and get back to us. I’m sorry it didn’t work for you but it’s not helpful to the community to come on here with information that is patently false.

If you really want to get in the weeds on this (which I think is a waste of time given your inane comments), no, androgens aren’t going to tighten up crows feet or other facial wrinkles but there are a host of other variables that make skin in your face beave differently. Exposure to sun / various levels of humidity / etc for decades is one. And we’ve all seen that androgens in excess can “age” peoples faces. And there’s of course a limit to all of this and what we know to be true from countless studies (which you clearly have not read) about androgens stimulating collagen production is not going to translate into a panacea for everyone with loose / wrinkled skin.

As I said in my post, genetics play a huge factor here. I offered my experience because it worked for me and it’s based on actual data (androgens and collagen production).

And by the way, HGH also boosts collagen and elastin production. So I’m not sure if you’re pushing some sort of skin care line but you really really need to get your facts straight.

You are correct. I will change the wording that yes HGH has impact. Just looked that up. Roids less so from what I understand. But it also seems that neither will do much of anything if your collagen is set and thats the sticky wicket. You have to disrupt the collagen layers. This I do know, because ive been reading about it for a few days and its explained a few times by dermatologists.

For collagen production to actually impact your skin tightness and wrinkles, you need to disrupt the formed layers to force them to reset position. This is why these treatments smooth out the skin. Otherwise where will the collagen bind? To the lower layers of the skin? I assume this just makes your skin thicker but wont smooth out the surface. This might explain why roids seem to age folks in the face and such. Not sure but plenty of dermos talk about this stuff and have presentations on youtube and on their websites.
