Loose skin protocol — GHKCU?

I wanted to gather everyone’s anecdotal experiences with tackling loose skin after a reasonable amount of weight loss (70+lb). I’m by no means talking about excess skin that very obviously and clearly hangs out which requires surgery, but i’m moreso referring to loose skin that (possibly?) can be tackled and tightened non surgically? The kind that makes your BF% look worse than it is because it takes away from your abdominal definition.

Does something like GHKCU realistically tackle these problems or is it such a marginal change that it’s not worth the money?

Anyone have any experience and recommendations for this kind of problem? What was your protocol? Dosing? Frequency? What helped you the most?

I’ve used Glow + Nandrolone + HGH, all have collagen and skin features.

Very little change, but noticeable when i compare pictures, with 3 to 6 months apart.
Ive been taking a daily collagen, haven’t tried ghkcu yet. Really haven’t noticed even marginal changes lol

I nuked a lot of my stretch marks with a derma pen and topical hyralaunic acid though. Made a massive difference
See zero difference on ghkcu, 100mg/month

@Superchicken
Know if anything helps?

Following. Down 50lbs, around 14% bf now give or take and noticing I might have a bit around the middle of the belly once I’m done with the cut.

Not necessarily but it doesn’t hurt. I saw the best improvement in mine (it’s still not perfect) in the period where I stayed lean the longest. I’ve yet to really try anything else though. I’lll probably experiment with GHK and the thing you listed at some point but I don’t expect to see the same level of improvement as I did from just staying lean and letting the skin do its thing

How old are you? How long were you fat for? Im sure that also plays a role. i was like 40% body fat for atleast 3-4 years before I woke up

Unfortunately, genetics and age call the shots here. You can throw in GLOW, HGH, collagen, holy water, it might help a little, but it won’t fix it. Some people drop 70+ pounds and their skin looks tight like they never gained a pound, while others lose 30 and end up with a built-in parachute. Over time the skin tightens a bit, but it’s never gonna look razor-sharp again.

My advice, same as I gave my friend who dropped 120 lbs: start saving for surgery if it really bothers you. Just be ready to spend anywhere from $7K to $15K depending on the state and what needs cutting. And honestly, I can’t even imagine the pain after that, I’d rather diet again.

Androgens, GH, quality skin firming lotion applied 2-3x daily. After that it’s a crap shoot. I’ve seen lots of guys competing in masters shows who are peeled inside out but still have a little loose skin in the lower middle abs likely from losing a lot of weight later in life. Skin elasticity is genetically determined like most things.

Not sure if masteron would be something to avoid in this respect. Some users report drying of the skin / looking like an alligator bag etc. The opposite of what we’d want to firm skin that’s lost some elasticity.

One option, and I’m not suggesting this but it’s there, is to run your compounds to obtain some level of water retention. I’m sure you’ve seen the guys who have defined abs over a slightly bloated belly. I’m not taking about a huge gut. Just not a vacuumed men’s physique type waist. Anything that makes that skin more taught is going to involve some subcutaneous fluid retention

I’m 27. I was always a fat kid. Started unfatting when I was 24. No idea what % but I had to lose about 50lbs to look decent. Lower abdomen is the only place where I’ve dealt with the loose skin

i’m also 27. I unfatted at 22. But I had to lose 90lb, then an additional 30lb over the last 12 weeks during another cut I just finished to be where i’m at now. (165lb morning weight, 5’7.5)
