Hey all new here, i have made my own workout based off watching a bunch of videos and what not. Thanks in advance.

ALTERNATIVE?
I am going to give my current workout below but I also had a though yesterday that i was wondering what everyone thought about.
I am currently working from home and fitting in extra cardio. I am riding a stationary bike for 5min working up to 10min on the hour every hour through my workday. It equals about 6-8 sessions. What do you think about my sneaking a set or two right after the 5 min cardio? Instead of doing it all together at the end of the day when the kids are home. If i did this i would switch from my current plan to a bro split or something like that and switch to 5 days a week.

My current plan is a a/b workout mon/thursday and tuesday/friday

MY GOALS
My goals are general fitness it has been several years since i worked out and i was natty at the time. But just naturally strong. I know it means nothing now and nothing to everyone here who would leave me in the dust but in high school i was called the hulk and tractor as nicknames just to give you an idea of natural farm boy strength i had at 20. Because of this i am pretty sure that i will get strong easily.

General life strength is my main goal, but also yeah i want to look like i workout, just like everyone else. i have been consistent now for about 2 months. Looking for what you think about my workout.

A men's physique look would be cool.

Also 6 months ago i was 380 lbs so i am not terribly worried about legs right now, i am 300 now and still loosing. Walking 5 miles a day.

MY WORKOUT
monday/thursday-all exercises done with adjustable dumbbells and bench

bench press -3x6-10 go up in weight when i hit all 10s
bent over one arm row - 3x8-12
box squat/ goblet squat- 3x8-12
incline chest fly- 3x10-15
pullover - 3x 12-15
farmers carry 50m x2

tuesday/friday

overhead press - 3x6-10
bicep curl - 3x10-15
lateral raise - 3x12-20
skull crusher - 3x10-12
suitcase carry 30m 2x
vacuume - 4x 20 sec
sandbag - 100lbs 1 lift and carry 30m - just got this.

I would do something basic either a bro split or dc training. So your training from home?
