ok guys here's my deal,I'm 36 years old...6 ft 2 1/2 and 180 lbs. when I first started lifting I was 136 lbs and got up to 209.8 at my biggest. I've delt with back pain and issues all my life but I'm done not feeling good about myself. I haven't lifted in close to a year n half to 2 years. I'm starting back tonight. I've always enjoyed talking to the bigger guys and learning so with all that said I would like some input with supplements. I'm not starting any ph's untill I've been back a while. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
