I'm looking to hire a nutritionist to right me up a diet plan to help me burn body fat and tone up. II've tried to do the macros on my own but I can't figure it out
I too feel the same way. Hired some guy I found online and he was good for about a month then faded slowly. Basically I lost about 17lbs in 2 months or so then nothing. Mostly water weight I believe. First meal plan was super high protein that I followed religiously to the T! Then I lost nothing for 3 weeks straight so he changed it to the second diet that was Keto I guess but with no restrictions! I was like wtf? Gave me a list of foods and said eat as much as you want when you want. So basically I've given up on him.
