hello, I’ve been lurking for a few months trying to learn what I can and not get confused with contradicting information at the same time.
Fell into the rabbit hole when I was looking for cheap sources of GLP-1’s and that led me to… well, everything else. I quickly became very obsessed with the idea of bettering myself physically, emotionally, and mentally.
I am a 35yo dude whose first blood test showed roughly 470 total test. I go to the gym 3-4x weekly and was getting to a discouraging point where it felt like each session required a few days of hard recovery which was eating into my progress. My dad, practically twice my age tested at nearly 800 naturally which really pissed me off.
From there, I self-prescribed TRT because I hate the U.S. healthcare system and didn’t want to blindly follow a generalist doctor. I started at 105mg weekly and titrated up to 175mg weekly.
I did a dexa and came out to 25% BF which was alarming since I had thought I was much closer to 15% visually speaking.
My current stack:
- 50mg TC EOD
- 1mg Tesamorelin 5x/wk
- 200mcg Ipamorelin 5x/wk
- 10mg Tirzepatide weekly
- 10mg Retatrutide weekly
- 300mcg KPV daily
- 250mcg/ea TB/BPC-157 daily
- 500IU hCG weekly (Tue/Fri)
- 20mg accutane daily
- 5mg Cialis daily
- 40mg telmisartan daily
- 10mg Cardarine daily
My goal is to actually reach 15% body fat and then do my first blast. I did a mini anavar cycle of 50mg daily for 3.5 weeks and it tanked my SHBG and lipids and I ended up getting murdered with cystic acne which is what got me in the accutane.
One additional note on the GLP’s, and I’ve not met anyone else who is as resistant to them as me, but I feel absolutely nothing on them. If there is any appetite suppression, it is so subtle that it goes unnoticed. I doubled up on Retatrutide and Tirzepatide bexause I feel like Retatrutide is working in the backend as my resting heart rate has steadily increased since I began taking it so that’s the only other clue i could find that it’s doing something. Other people taking my same batch have had excellent results.
My cholesterol has always been naturally bad so I am trying to be careful as to what I run on my blast. Considering micro dosing NPP and Primo during this cut to help progress things.
