Long TB 500 & BPC157 cycle for better recovery

Im currently doing a long run on TB & BPC to recover better during hard training, with a lot of gym. I started to see results immediately as I started. I do 500mcg TB eod and 250mcg BPC daily. Currently Im on for 2 weeks like that. What are your experiences with doses and the timings of the cycles? You think I should do 4-6 weeks on and then at least 1-2 weeks off? Or its fine staying on for longer. Also what about the doses? 500mcg TB is a little insane for what I prepared with 2mg vials, it draining me so quickly that I might have to order again

A lot of threads with this Q, use the search function....

Well i was reading a lot of them but I havent found the informations I was looking for thats why I posted this thread
This is just one of many threads were ppl are writing about preferred dosages half-life etc, and TB500-frag Vs. TB-4 + BPC

1mg of each tb frag/bpc157 daily minimum, i'm currently running 6 mg daily of each peptide 18 days postop for a shoulder surgery with amazing results so far. Ymmv
I had hip labral repair less than 2 weeks ago.

I started running 2.5-5mg/day of BPC and about 3 mg TB frag day after surgery and continuing until I run out (fast unfortunately).

I am currently ahead of where I was at 8 weeks post op on the OTHER hip in 2023. I can't attribute it all to peptides (I'm way stronger and 100lb lighter) but I believe the combo has made a massive difference overall in my recovery.

I agree the doses recommended seem to be comically low though it's obviously hard to know given the paucity of data on the subject.
