Log to 600+ raw bench

I have decided to completely cut full meets for just bench for now. I’m going to keep training squat and deads but just to maintain. I would like to have a 900 lb double ply and 600+ raw this year. Ill bench twice a week one max effort one speed.


Speed bench 12x3 first three sets are just for warm-up Usually just the bar and doubled monster mini bands. then I do nine more adding a mini and going up to 225 bar weight. Then some dumbbell over head press 120lb 3x10 dumbbell bench 3x12 120lbs lateral flys 3x10 200+lbs skull crushers with a short barbell and 45lbs 3x8 tricep push downs till failure.
 
Thanks I think getting the raw bench up is going to be the bitch. With the shirt I could try another shirt or change technique and it may get me 50lbs with a little training.

Fuck yeah it's going to be a bitch.. lol. Anything like that isn't worth having if it comes easy. Raw is the only way, keep it pure!

What's your stats? Cycle history? Programming?

Awesome! Id like to get 500 by the time Im 50 next year. I got 490 a couple months ago but my wife touched it (not IT, the bar) because my arms were shaking right before lockout(doesnt count). Ive been doing the bulgarian method for a little over 3wks and Ive actually adapted to it.Ive been at trt dosage for quite a while. My next cycle should get me there hopefully. Youve got this and good luck!

What's your stats? Cycle history? Programming?

I’m 5’11” 323lbs as of today I basically do a variation of the westside conjunctive method. I have ran several different types of cycles but but im currently running test e 500 a week test p 560 a week tren a 400 a week npp 500 a week anadrol 100mg a day For the first two weeks and the last two weeks
 
USPA but I’m going to try some others. I’m shotting for one in June with Lexan.

I’ve only lifted with RPS but USPA would be my next choice. Nice numbers on bench. We got a guy on another forum going for a 550lb bench raw in the 220 or 242 class
 
Did squats and back today
10x3 box squat up to 500lb no belt pull downs 3x10 300lb sled pull 2x5 mins reverse hyper 3x10 good mornings 3x8
