We know that the only evidence that was supposedly found was fingerprints from some outdated Russian software were left behind. We know that there was still no link between trump and russia yet trump is being investigated. Now, all this is because of WikiLeaks releasing emails that were damming to the Clinton foundation. Obama, in his last days in office, revised an executive order (12333) to allow gathered Intel swept up in bulk to be shared with 17 intelligence organizations before being redacted for legal purposes. They aren't allowed to listen in on an American citizen when they are on the line. They are, by law, not allowed to document who the American is if an American is on the line if they are spying on the non American on the other line. That is bullshit. They certainly can listen in on Americans during lawful tap. They are required to use minimization procedures in order to minimize the intrusion on Americans and leave out the name of the American UNLESS the name is necessary to understand the nature of the foreign intelligence information in the report.
