It adds up over time I use to slug them down tooI used no sugar energy drinks in my stack for two years, I don't drink coffee and really liked them. I know it sounds terrible. But it worked for me. I recently took wake ups with the ephedrine trying to debloat. And I did not feel as I did when I used the energy drinks. I am assuming the taurine and what not helps amplify the caffeine. I should do more research on this. But have made a vow to myself to stay off of them for a little while. It was costly as I would drink 2-3 a day to get in the caffeine. Much cheaper for the wake up tablets.
I also make sure to have water around. But I drink them lol would never leave it. It's gold lol or similar in price to the cauliflower crisis lolsince I really only drink then to wake up I tend to just drink half and end up leaving on my desk at work or on my night stand and forget about it lol...if I'm not drinking enough water it'll fuck with me but I try to take two sips of water for every so of monster or red bull. Water helps kick it up a notch actually.
